This is my first day using this device and WOW… I can already tell it’ll make a difference. I have chronic nerve pain, cervical spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, cervical herniations, etc etc. I’m always in so much pain and nothing helps much. I laid on this device and just focused on breathing. It truly felt like the way my head was positioned I could take deep breaths and truly relax. Like the device was relaxing me and taking pressure off my discs if that makes sense! After 8 minutes of lying on this, it was so much more comfortable to lay on my cervical pillow for bedtime! So far I’m super happy and excited to see how this helps over time! What a simple yet clever idea. It’s small enough to take it with me anywhere.
